"China-Europe Trade Center" (hereinafter referred to as "the Centre") is located at Antwerp, the second largest city of Belgium and the second largest port in Europe; 15 kilometres only from the port, 45 kilometers from Brussels, the Headquarters of EU as well as the Capital of Belgium. Besides, the Centre is adjacent to France, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg etc.; within an area of 500 kilometers are situated the most economically developed countries and regions in Europe. The Flanders where the Centre sits is the most advanced zone of economy in Belgium, whose GDP accounts for 80% of the whole nation. The superior geographical position has provided the Centre with the prerequisite for the Chinese companies to enter the EU market.
The Center covers an area of 16,550 square meters with the building space of 8115 square meters, in which we have a 700㎡ Exhibition Hall, a 500㎡ Showroom, 8 Offices out of which there are 4 suites measured 260 ㎡( on the 2nd floor),2 Conference Rooms measured approximately 100㎡ altogether,2 Reception Rooms approximately measured 70㎡ altogether, a 60㎡ Coffee House and a 5000㎡ Warehouse. The sound and complete set of necessary facilities have rendered basic conditions for all the Chinese companies that are willing to develop their business in Europe.
The Centre has established close relations respectively with Chinese Embassy in Belgium, Antwerp Province, Flanders Bureau of Economy and Trade and Flanders Chamber of Commerce, who are able to provide you with assistance and support in many aspects, such as visa formalities, trade consultation, inviting particular customers. Flanders Chamber of Commerce has nearly a thousand members, and many of them are well-known transnational groups (we are also one of the members ). Locally well-known accountant and lawyer are also engaged to work in the Centre, offering us service in finance, revenue, laws and statutes, and this has furnished the Chinese companies with the a short-cut for the development of their business in EU market.
Development Orientation：
The Centre is striving to be a platform or a bridge, through which companies in China as well as in Tianjin may conduct business with their counterparts in Europe. By doing so, more Chinese enterprises would be able to enjoy the opportunity of participating in the internationalized management.
The Centre will get rid of archaic trade manners, make innovations, try to blaze a new trail and help enterprises realize transformation of value-oriented operation from a scale-oriented one, so as to gradually set us retailer's stores, on-line consignment, chain stores operation and many other modes of operation, such as business with member card. In addition, the Center could also furnish guidance in operation with different characteristics, thus increasing the added value of the products.
The Centre will equip herself step by step with such multi functions as logistics distribution, warehouse, transportation, import agency, exchange of science and technology, investment invitation so that a way could be paved for all kinds of enterprises who are willing to develop in Europe.
